Looking out my window I see cherry blossoms, daffodils and a few rays of sun. I see two crazy yellow labs chasing each other around the yard. It is indeed Spring!!!! Caring Bridge - Family Update

Here is a link to Caring Bridge - with updates on my sister, Judie. I must admit, it became horribly real to me today when I received this link from my niece. This will save them a ton of phone calls after every dr. visit - but to see all of this in black and white, instead of just talking the words - well, it just became a terrible reality of the journey ahead. She's a fighter and has an amazing attitude, so I'm praying that she has the strength to go along with the fight and attitude! I'm also glad she has this week with all the grand kids aon spring break and at her house most of the week. It will be a HUGE lift to her. Please pray for her and for a positive outcome at her dr. visit on March 30.

Sunday, Sunday
Great day today - slept in, then went to a Mary Kay Foundation Workshop in support of another awesome direct selling young woman who has become a new friend. It was tons of fun - anyone who needs a face "perk up" I have just the gal for you. She is lots of fun and very knowledgeable about how to make you look your best!!! Email me if you want her name - you won't be sorry :-) Even had a sweet gal there who came up to me to say how much she LOVED my Thirty-One purse - now that's what I'm talking about!!!!
Then burgers at "Five Guys" in Oregon City - the closest thing we have to In-and-Out in Oregon. There was, however, a gentleman and his son there who got confused and thought they were at Roadhouse - at least I have to assume that since they threw all of their peanut shells on the floor instead of the provided containers.
All in all, things are looking up from a week ago. I do believe the next six months are going to bring new challenges, a long health journey for my family member, amazing opportunities, "and other adventures." Pray for strength, wisdom and healing.

The Week That Wouldn't End
So, last week I was down the whole week, which delayed me one week in following up with all the leads I got from our terrific weekend at Clackamas Town Center Lifestyle Expo. I met some wonderful people and had a great time. It's a blast sharing Thirty-One with people - especially when they have never heard of it. I never get tired of the WOW! factor.
Along with that, we are dealing with a terrible health crisis in my family - I am praying for a good outcome!!!!
The good news is that I'm very close to promoting to Sr. Consultant with Thirty-One - I have focused on this initial goal since I began with the Company. The target is in sight! :-)

Trade Show This Weekend
Stop by Clackamas Town Center either Friday or Saturday, March 5-6 - 30th Anniversary Celebration of Town Center. Can you believe that!!!! I will have a Thirty-One booth there right near - wait for it, wait for it - NORDSTROM, lower level. Could I have a better spot - I think not!! I'm so excited! It will be a great event!
